Refund policy

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items purchased. Please be sure to pay close attention to the product you're purchasing to be sure that it's the correct item. We will offer to replace any items that are damaged upon arrival (please see below).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may ask you to send us the item back, in which we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll replace the original item purchased within 5 business days.
